Canada's only Fox Racing Shox & Marzocchi authorised warranty and service centre.

In no time, you will be ready to take the trails with confidence knowing your suspension has been service by our highly qualified Fox technicians.
* * DO NOT SEND IN SUSPENSION COVERED IN MUD. * *
( Muddy components will slow down the service process.)
* If the Return authorization number is not identified on the box the box will be refused and sent back to you.
* No drop offs will be accepted. All repairs must be shipped pre-paid via a transport company of your choice.
* All repairs costing $150 or less will systematically be done and shipped back to the address you have provided on the service form. You will be given an estimate via E-mail if the repair cost exceeds $150.
Estimates must be approved by responding to our email within 5 business days.
If we do not receive your approval within this period of time, OGC will send back your un-repaired Fox product (Return freight is at your expense).
* Please remove all un-needed hardware such as reducers, mounting hardware and headset race from your Fox suspension prior to sending it back. OGC cannot be held responsible for the loss of such parts.
* OGC does not do any custom tuning.
* If you require extra parts other than what is needed for your repair, please make your request at your local Fox/ Marzocchi dealer. Please use the dealer locator at www.ogc.ca to find the nearest Fox dealer in your area.
* All Fox warranty repairs will be inspected and deemed warranty in accordance to Fox Racing Shox's warranty policy outlined here: http://www.foxracingshox.com/fox_tech_center/warranty.htm .

OGC is not responsible for repairs that have been done by anyone other than OGC's Authorized Fox service centers.
* To be considered for warranty, the original bill of sale stating that your Fox/Marzocchi product was purchased less than one year from the date received at OGC must be included with your item.
* If no receipt is included with your returned product, it will be immediately deemed a charged repair and you will be contacted via e-mail with an estimate.
* If your Fox/Marzocchi suspension has been sent to OGC for warranty service, and ends up not being covered under warranty, you will be contacted via e-mail and given an estimate for the repair.
* A flat rate of $15 will be charged to you for the return freight of all payable repairs. OGC will pay for return freight on all warranty repairs.
* Note that shipping charges and local sales taxe(s) are not included in our repair estimates
