Junior Polar service technician

-Junior Polar service technician                     

-Full time/35 hours a week                                     

-Salary based on experience

In collaboration with the after sales service manager and the senior Polar service technician, the junior Polar service technician will ensure quality warranty and repair service for Polar consumer and commercial products.

Key responsibilities:

-          Repairs consumers’ and retailers’ Polar products (training provided)

-          Answer technical questions by phone and email

-          Maintain and monitor inventory for small parts (repair) and advise to department

           manager when parts need to be ordered

-          Work with service team to solve customer problems

-          May be called upon to assist with customer care for other brands and other tasks in the department and/or company.

-          Reports to department manager


Successful candidates will have:

-          Organized

-          Good customer relations

-          Problem solving skills

-          Autonomous

-          French/English oral and written

-          Knowledge of Polar products an asset
