After sales service technician-bike                   

Full time : 36 400$-40 040$ (according to experience)

The after sales service representative-bike is responsible for after sales service for all bikes and electronic training devices carried by OGC.

-  Evaluates, repairs and ensures technical assistance for the bikes, Ebikes and electronic training aides we carry.

-  Ensures turnaround time is respected

-  Ensures technical assistance to consumers for electronic training aides (Stages power meters and smart bikes)

-  Assists in other tasks required by the department according to seasonal needs and volume. (wheel building, suspension repair, data entry, answering consumer and dealer questions)

-  Reports to after sales service manager directly

 

Required skills :

-  Organized

-  Good people skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience either building or repairing bikes and Ebikes

- Experience building and servicing wheels and suspension an asset

- Experience with electronic training aides (power meters, smart bikes and smart trainers) an asset

- English and French, oral and written
