Customer care representative
Full time
17$/hour 35 hour work week

In collaboration with the after-sales service manager, the customer care representative assures after-sales service and technical support for all our brands.
Key responsibilities:
· Responds to consumer and dealer inquiries through email and phone
· Works with team to solve customer problems rapidly
· Issues and processes return authorizations for customers and retailers
· Can be called upon to answer technical questions (training provided)
· Reports daily to department manager
Successful candidates will have:
· Good organizational skills
· English/French, written and oral
· Experience in the sporting goods industry an asset
· Able to work 9am to 6pm depending on departmental needs
