Working within the shipping department, the Head Shipper is responsible for managing shipments to customers, processing orders through the transport management system (TMS) and organizing pick-ups with transportation companies.


Key responsibilities:


·        Processing orders through the TMS

·        Working with team to solve shipping problems rapidly

·        Troubleshooting issues with orders

·        Organizing pick-ups with transport companies

·        Reports daily to Warehouse Manager


Successful candidates will:


·        Have good organizational skills

·        Be detail-oriented

·        Be able to work to strict deadlines

·        Be available to work until 6:30pm to complete daily pick-up routine
