ÖHLINS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH OGC

Öhlins Racing AB, the Swedish designer and manufacturer of quality suspension systems for the automotive, motorsport and mountain bike industries, has signed a multi-year distribution agreement for their mountain bike products in Canada with Outdoor Gear Canada (OGC), the country’s leading supplier of premium cycling products.
 
“Our new partnership with OGC will take product supply and support to new levels. Their nationwide dealer base with distribution centers in Vancouver and Montreal can provide unparalleled support for riders and will be a huge benefit to our growing customer base,” said Torkel Sintorn, General Manager of Öhlins’ MTB business unit. “To have OGC as a distribution partner will be a game changer.”
 
"If you follow motorsport and motorcycle racing, there is no denying that Ohlins is the world’s  #1 aftermarket suspension brand,’’ commented Bryden Rigets, OGC’s Brand Manager for Öhlins. “With Öhlins` drive to become the world's first choice in MTB suspension, we are very pleased we’ll be working with them on this project in Canada.’’
 
OGC plans to launch its Öhlins’ program in early April and have Öhlins products available in both its Montréal and Vancouver warehouses. After-sales service will be offered through its Montréal service department by mid-April.
