OGC Service Center Terms of Agreement

Please read the terms and complete the form below for repair or warranty service of products sold by OGC.

We will do our best to repair your product so you can return to your favorite activities with confidence knowing your product has been serviced by our highly qualified technicians. In the event we cannot repair your product, we will contact you.

By completing the registration form you are accepting OGC's terms of agreement outlined here:

- Please send your product free of dirt, sweat and in good condition.

- If the Return authorization number is not identified on the box the box will be refused and sent back to you.

- All repairs must be shipped pre-paid via a transport company of your choice.

All repairs for Ohlins or DT Swiss costing $200 or less will systematically be done and shipped back to the address you have provided on the service form. Polar repairs under $100 will be completed and shipped back automatically.

- Estimates will be given via E-mail or Phone call if the repair cost exceeds $200 (for Ohlins and DT Swiss) or $100 (for Polar).

- Note that freight charges and local sales taxe(s) are not included in our repair estimates.

- If we do not receive your approval within 10 working days, OGC will send back your un-repaired product (Return freight is at your expense).

- For Ohlins and DT Swiss, please remove all un-needed hardware such as Cassette, Tires, mounting hardware and headset race… prior to sending it back. OGC cannot be held responsible for the loss of such parts.

For Warranty repairs:

Warranty repairs will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable guidelines and policies of the brands we represent.

- The original bill of sale must be included with your item for warranty consideration.

- Completed Warranty repairs will be shipped back to the owner freight pre-paid.

Adding accurate, reliable power to your bike has never been easier. Stages will add a Gen 3 power meter to the crank you’re currently riding.

Factory installs are performed at the Stages Cycling Boulder Colorado facility. Each power meter is individually calibrated and tracked to ensure consistent, reliable power data for years to come. All backed by a Stages Factory Warranty.


Factory install Prices & compatible models:

*$499.99 for Left crank arm install. Compatible models are : Shimano 105 (5700,5800,R700) Ultegra (6700,6800,R8000,R8100) Dura-Ace (9000, R9100, R9200) GRX (RX810) XT (M8000, M8100) XTR (M9000, M9020, M9100, M9120) Cannondale (Si Hollowgram)

*$799.99 for Left & right side crank Install. Compatible models are: Shimano Ultegra (R8000,R8100) Dura-Ace (R9100, R9200) XT (M8100) XTR (M9100, M9120)

**allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks before receiving your power meter.

We reserve the right to reject crank arms that show signs of excessive wear or damage. If your crank arm is rejected it will be returned to you and your purchase price refunded.

Stages Cycling and Outdoor Gear Canada are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in shipping. All Stages Power meters are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. Note that the Stages Factory Install Power Meter process may void the original manufacturer warranty on the crank arm itself.


*Prices do not include local sales taxes. Your crank must be shipped freight pre-paid. (we do not accept collect parcels)
